As many of the Timbercrest residents are aware, our park has recently been designated smoke free. It is important that our children have a clean place to play without being exposed to the dangers of second-hand smoke. This is part of our effort to become a Healthier Tennessee Neighborhood.
Albondigas are Spanish-style meatballs that are often served in a tomato sauce, or in this case, soup. This is very flavorful and even better the next day.
