Unfortunately, the developer rejected our last round of negotiation. The developer has shown little willingness to work with the neighborhoods. They will not discuss the detention pond location or re-balance the number of houses between neighborhoods.

It will be all hands on deck for tomorrow’s Planning Commission meeting, so please show up if you are able. The Planning Commission meeting is on October 3, 2024, 1:30PM, in the Main Assembly Hall of the City-County Building. 400 Main Street, Suite 403.
