Thank you to the 25 neighbors from Timbercrest and Far View Hills that came to the planning commission meeting. We were agenda item 41 of 46, which made for a long afternoon.

Comments were made by lawyers on both sides. The commission had some comments about the detention pond location and balance of house. But ultimately the planning commission voted to approve the concept plan citing the fact that the plan met the minimum city regulations.

Our lawyer talked with neighbors after meeting about options. We have several from here. In the next few weeks, the conservation group will meet to discuss strategies and we will have another neighborhood meeting to present those. There are other properties adjacent to our neighborhood that we need to pay attention to as well.
